RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are strongly recommended – Our boat books up quickly during peak season (March-October).
However, cancellations do occasionally occur or a vacancy may be open so don’t hesitate to call or text. (619) 762-0438I also have many connections with other boat captains, and may be able to find you availability on another boat if we are booked.
DEPOSITS
A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservations. All reservations are tentative without a deposit and sold on a first paid basis.
Half Day, 3/4 Day, Full Day, and Overnight trips require payment in full seven days prior to departure. Venmo, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted or cash prior to boarding.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations require 72 hour notice or the 20% deposit is forfeited.
If an emergency occurs, your fishing trip may only be rescheduled once to a later date in the same season and the deposit will apply or be forfeited.
Cancellations for open party and third party trips require 30 day notice to avoid forfeiture of the 20% deposit.
Current Fishing LLC reserves the right to make whatever changes in any given trip that circumstances dictate, including but not limited to cancellation for mechanical maintenance; changes in the itinerary due to weather or other conditions; unavailability of boat or substitution of boat as deemed necessary.
Departure times may vary.
All prices subject to change without prior notice.
Tackle
All tackle is provided including rods, reels, lines, hooks and sinkers.
If the borrowed equipment is lost or broken then it is the responsibility of the user to pay a replacement fee.
Replacement fees are at the discretion of the captain.
